Chandigarh, November 15
Chandigarh on Monday witnessed rains and hail, after which the mercury dropped by a few notches.
The city, and parts of Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh witnessed rain and thunderstorm due to a western disturbance on Sunday as well.
