Chandigarh, December 29
UT logged 64 fresh cases of coronavirus on Tuesday. This has taken the caseload to 19,615. There are as many as 362 active cases of the infection.
The pandemic has so far claimed 316 victims in Chandigarh.
According to a media bulletin issued by the Administration, the new cases of the infection have been reported from different parts of the city and the villages surrounding it.
Meanwhile, a total of 81 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
