Chandigarh, January 8, 2021: BJP councilor Ravi Kant Sharma got elected as Chandigarh’s New Mayor.
During the MC elections held on Friday, Sharma defeated Congress candidate Devinder Babla.
Sharma got 17 votes out of the total 24 votes polled during the elections.
Congress mayor candidate Devinder Singh Babla got only five votes.Two votes were declared invalid.
