Chandigarh, October 20, 2020: Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh after handing over Resolution against Farm Laws and amendment Bills passed in Assembly to Punjab Governor VP Singh Badnore said the Bills have become an Act at the Parliament but Vidhan Sabha unanimously rejected those Acts.
“We’ve adopted a resolution & have come here together. We gave copies of the resolution to the Governor & requested him to approve it,” Amarinder said.
Earlier, Amarinder along with Punjab Congress president Sunil Jakhar, Aam Aadmi Party leader & LOP Harpal Cheema MLA, Akali Dal member Sharan Jit Singh Dhillon together handed over Resolution against Farm Laws & amendment Bills passed in Assembly to the Governor.
