After a gap of one day, UT reported one more death and 57 fresh cases of coronavirus on Tuesday. The death toll has now risen to 209 while the caseload has increased to 13743. The figure includes 810 active cases.
A medical bulletin issued by the Administration said that a70-year-old male R/o Manimajra, died at PGIMER on Monday at 10:15 pm. He was a case of severe head injury caused by self-inflicted gunshot. He was sampled on admission and was found positive.
Fresh cases have been reported from different parts of the city and the villages surrounding it.
Meanwhile, a total of 107 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
