UT recorded one more death and 244 fresh cases of coronavirus on Friday, taking the death toll to 145. The caseload has risen to 11, 212 of which 2390 are active cases.
According to a medical bulletin released by the administration, a 55 year old female, r/o Sector 56, a case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension, tested COVID positive, expired at GMCH-32 on Friday.
The new cases of coronavirus have been reported from different parts of the city and the villages surrounding it.
Meanwhile, a total of 335 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
