One Constable dead in firing incident

Chandigarh, August 1, 2020 :  One Constable Simrandeep Singh lost his life in a firing incident outside MLA Hostel Punjab. According to reports Simrandeep Singh was sitting in Baleno when he got injured in firing with his own gun. He was taken to PGI where he succumbed to his injured. It is yet to ascertain whether he shot himself to commit suicide or it was accidental fire. Constable Simrandeep Singh was on night duty and he had parked his vehicle outside MLA Hostel.
