71 NEET-qualified students felicitated for outstanding performance
Patiala, July 4:
The District Education Office, Patiala, organized a special felicitation ceremony to honour the students who excelled in the NEET 2025 examination, along with their dedicated teachers and support team members. Held under the leadership of District Education Officer (DEO) Sanjeev Sharma, the event recognised 71 students from various schools who cleared NEET, acknowledging their hard work and determination. Their guiding lecturers and NEET preparation team were also honoured for their valuable contribution.
Addressing the gathering, DEO Sanjeev Sharma said the success of these students is a matter of great pride for the district. He encouraged the achievers to take responsibility and lead by example, inspiring their younger peers to pursue academic excellence. He credited the success to the consistent efforts and commitment of the teachers and NEET team.
Deputy DEO Dr. Ravinderpal Sharma highlighted that the students must now be ready to play an active role in shaping society. Principal Mandeep Kaur Antal extended her gratitude to the District Education Office for organising the event at Old Police Line School, Patiala.
District Nodal In-charge Daulat Ram shared that Patiala district has created history by securing the top position across Punjab in NEET 2025. He also mentioned that the district had previously achieved commendable results in JEE Mains and Advanced examinations as well.
During the ceremony, team members including Principal Mandeep Kaur, Principal Sandeep Kumar, Principal Ramandeep Kaur, Lecturer Daulat Ram (District Nodal In-charge), and Dinesh Kumar (State Member) were honoured for their significant roles in preparing students for success.
