Chandigarh February 14
Chandigarh reported one more death and 18 fresh cases of coronavirus on Sunday. With this, the death toll in the city has risen to 346 while the caseload has increased to 21,238. There are as many as 127 active cases of the infection.
According to a media bulletin issued here on a 54-year-old COVID positive female R/o Sector-56, a case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Coronary Artery Disease and Cerebral Artery Infarct, expired at PGIMER.
Fresh cases of the infection have been reported from different part of the city and the villages around it.
Meanwhile, a total of 13 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
