Chandigarh, January 16
UT recorded 39 new cases of coronavirus on Saturday. However, no death was recorded during the day due to the dreaded infection.
There are at present 238 active cases of the disease which has so far taken a toll of 330 human lives and infected 20, 503 people since its outbreak was reported early last year.
Meanwhile, a total of 67patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines, during the past 24 hours.
