Chandigarh, August 18
As many as 89 new cases of coronavirus were reported in UT during the past 24 hours. With this tally of cases has crossed the 2300-mark. The figures includes 1030 active cases.
According to a medical bulletin released here, the new cases have been reported from different localities in the city and the villages surrounding it.
Sixty patients have been cured and discharged from hospitals during the same period.
