Chandigarh, September 15, 2020: Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh is in New Delhi to meet Harish Rawat who has taken over charge of the Punjab unit of Congress Party.
This is for the first time since the start of coronavirus lockdown that Punjab CM has gone to New Delhi.
