Chandigarh, May 19
UT recorded nine more deaths and 414 fresh cases of coronavirus on Wednesday. There are 6570 active cases of the infection.
With this, the death toll has risen to 656 and the case load has increased to 56927. According to a media bulletin issued here, those who succumbed to the infection were aged between 39 and 81 years.
Meanwhile, a total of 870 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
