Chandigarh, October 31
UT reported one more death and 67 fresh cases of coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
With this, the death toll has climbed to 226 while the number of those afflicted by the pandemic has risen to 14, 418. There are as many as 641 active cases.
According to a medical bulletins issued by the Administration, a 39 year old male R/o Sector 46, who tested COVID positive, expired at Fortis Hospital, Mohali on Saturday.
Fresh cases of coronavirus have been reported from different parties of the city and the villages surrounding it.
Meanwhile, a total of 82 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
