Chandigarh, December 16
UT recorded 67 fresh cases of coronavirus on Wednesday, taking the total caseload to 18,843.
The pandemic has so far taken the lives of 304 persons in Chandigarh. There are as many as 627 active cases of the infection.
According to a medical bulletin issued by the Administration, new cases of the infection have been reported from different parts of the city and the villages surrounding it.
Meanwhile, a total of 75 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
