Says Kejriwal indulging in theatricals to mislead people 

Asserts that Badals and Majithia will have to pay for their sins 

Sardulgarh, December 28: 

Targeting AAP Supremo Arvind Kejriwal for his lavish lifestyle, Punjab Chief Minister Mr Charanjit Singh Channi today dared him to explain that which common man lives in sprawling and costly hotels. 

Addressing a massive rally at Grain market here today, the Chief Minister said that Kejriwal is a self proclaimed Aam Aadmi who is least bothered about interests of common man. He said that a person who is living a lavish style how can he know about the agonies of common man. CM Channi said that only a person who has faced hardships himself can understand problems of the people. 

The Chief Minister said that being a person from amongst the weaker and underprivileged sections his main moto is to give more and more power to people as this is common man’s government. He said that AAP filling guarantee cards but all promises were fulfilled by his government and no issue is left with the AAP. Terming Kejriwal and his allies as east India company, CM Channi said that all Punjab leadership is ignored by Kejriwal and an outsider is just projecting himself on posters as leader of Punjab which the Punjabis will not tolerate. 

The Chief Minister also assailed Kejriwal for indulging in theatricals by sitting in Auto Rickshaws and going to someone’s house whereas he lives in big bungalow in Delhi and stays in the most costliest hotels during his Punjab visits. He further said that most of the MLA of AAP have left the party as their fake propaganda of projecting themselves as common man is exposed. CM Channi further said that Badals and Majithia won’t be spared as they have looted the Punjab for their personal gains.  

The Chief Minister said that Majithia who has ruined the Youth of Punjab has gone hiding after registration of FIR due to fear of arrest. He also lashed out at Badals for running Transport Mafia in the state, he said that our government has put an end to this Mafia within just three months. CM Channi further said that we are strong and capable enough to take strong decisions to stop all kind of Mafia in the state whereas the AAP Convener has given a written apology to the Majithia. 

The Chief Minister dared Bhagwant Mann to come forward and question Kejriwal for supporting Majithia for his wrong doings. CM Channi further said that as all AAP leaders have left Kejriwals Khas party only Bhagwant Mann is siding with Kejriwal and not speaking anything against wrong doings of Kejriwal due to his ambition of becoming CM. He once again retraited that his government won’t bow down deal with strong hands with all Mafias and putt all the big fishes of drug smugglers behind the bars.

CM Channi speaking about the cotton crop damage in the Malwa belt said that Rs 12 thousand compensation has already been given to farmers and Rs 5 thousand more is being given. He also said that long pending demand of Paledar unions is also being redressed by bringing them under contract system (thekedar system) and all payments would done directly to them.

Announcing a slew  of development projects for the sardoolgarh constituency the Chief Minister Channi announced sub teshsil status for Beniwal, upgradtion of Sardulgarh hospital and upgrading of middle school Juhnir to senior secondary level. Announcing Rs 2 Cr. For the development of Sardulgarh constituency, CM said that Rs 15 Cr. were sent earlier for the development works which have been spent.

Amarinder Singh Raja Warring transport Minister Punjab speaking on the ocassion said that CM Channi does not just announce but he delivers by implementing each and every decision on ground. He said that if people of Punjab want peace and prosperity in the state and rule of common people in the state they should bring Congress government in the state. He also said that despite of all odds and threats, he has eneded transport Mafia in the state with the support of CM Channi. 

Ajit Inder Mofar Ex. MlA welcoming the guests said that our constituency was deliberately ignored by the Akali-BJP during their regime. He said that CM Channi is peoples CM as he meets everyone and tries to redress the problems of the common people. He said that CM Channi has led the way to support the farmers by giving jobs to the kins of the farmers who died during the agitation against the three black farm laws imposed by the BJP led union government.  He thanked the CM Channi for fulfilling the long last demand of the area of constructing a Bridge on Ghaggar river at Sardoolgarh. He also said that CM Channi has done in just 3 months which the Captain failed to do in four and half years. He even said that people of Punjab were being threatened  in the name of drones, bomb blasts and sacrilages to stop congress from forming government in 2022 in Punjab.

Bhagwant Singh nephew of Rajya Sabha Member Balwinder Singh Bhunder today joined Congress, CM welcomed him to the party. Speaking on the ocassion, he said that Balwinder Singh Bhunder always ignored  even the closest of his family members due to his selfish financial interests.

Bikram Mofar Member Zila Parishad Mansa listed out the development works carried out in the constituency during this tenure in the district with Rs 400 Cr. and appealed to the CM to issue more development projects for the constituency.

Prominent present on the ocassion included Cabinet Minister Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, Ajit Inder Singh Mofar Ex. MLA, Bikram Mofar Chairman Zila Parishad, Mangat Rai Bansal District President Mansa, Bibi Ranjit Kaur Bhatti Senior Congress leader from Budhlada and other local congress leadership from Sardulgarh.
