As the weather remained partly cloudy on Wednesday, the day temperature dipped by two degree Celsius.
As per the temperature recorded by the meteorological department of Punjab Agricultural University, the minimum temperature was recorded as 11.6 degree Celsius while the maximum temperature was recorded as 20.6 degree Celsius.
According to the meteorologists, the weather is expected to remain partly cloudy with possibility of isolated thunderstorms over Ludhiana and its adjoining areas during the next 24 hours.
The department also forecast that the state might witness dense fog on February 5 and 6.
