Faridkot, August 28, 2020: In order to boost plasma donation among the recovered COVID patients, two police officials, who had recovered from Corona, have taken the initiative to donate anti-body rich plasma for seriously Corona affected patients.
Giving this information, Swarndeep Singh, SSP Faridkot said, the two police officials Harmail Singh SI and Chamkaur Singh, ASI who have recovered from the Corona have donated plasma at the Plasma Bank set up at Sri Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, after retesting themselves. He said, these officials will become a source of inspiration for others to come forward to donate their plasma for the treatment of critically Corona patients. SSP also made an appeal to the people who have recovered from Corona to donate plasma.
The plasma donors were also honoured with an appreciation letter by the SSP.
