Banga, November 15, 2020: In a tragic accident, two advocates who were traveling by car lost their lives after the car they were traveling in crashed into a tree and caught on fire. The incident occured near Purhira bypass in Hoshiarpur district late night on Saturday.
The deceased have been identified as advocate Bhagwant Kishore and his assistant advocate Sia. As per the police report, by the time both the victims tried to get out of the car, it has already engulfed in flames, burning them alive.
As soon as people witnessed a car engulfed in flames on the road, they rushed to the spot but it was already too late. The fire brigade was called on the spot to douse the fire. The Model Town police station has initiated an inquiry on the matter.
