Ludhiana, May 15:
In exchange of fires, two Assistant Sub Inspectors (ASIs) were shot dead by around four drug peddlers in New Grain Market of Jagraon on Saturday. Both the ASIs were deputed in the crime investigation agency (CIA) staff of Jagraon.
Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has also spoken about the incident on twitter. He mentioned, “The unfortunate fatal attack on two of our brave CIA policemen in Jagraon. Intensive manhunt is on and the culprits would be nabbed soon. My heartful condolences to the bereaved families and we will ensure that they are taken care of in every possible way.”
