-Crèches will prove to be a blessing for working mothers-Sakshi Sawhney
Patiala, July 19:
Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney consecrate the Kilkaarian crèche which is situated near the office of the District Child Welfare Officer at the back of C and D Block of the District Administrative Complex to kids. She said that this crèche will prove to be a stroke of luck for the young children of women employees working in various offices like the DC office, SSP office, Public Works department and many more.
Deputy Commissioner profoundly appreciated Assistant Commissioner Kiran Sharma, District Child Welfare Officer Shaina Kapoor and C.D.P.O. Komalpreet Kaur for creating an impressive structure in the district administration complex for crèche which will have recourse to employee mother’s worries for the care of their kids Sakshi Sawhney, who herself along with her daughter devoted the Kilkaarian crèche to the children, showered her love upon the toddles in the shape of chocolates and sweets.
She revealed that this crèche has been equipped with CCTV cameras to ensure the security of the children. Basic amenities like bathroom, pantry etc have been provided. along with arrangements for recreational toys. The children get a kick out of toys at the crèche on the first day.
DC Patiala outlined the working of the crèche by telling that children can be left here on all working days except holidays.
For making the crèche safer, she added, supervisors and guards have been appointed in crèche. The occasion was graced by ADC Gautam Jain and Isha Singhal, SDM Dr Ismat Vijay Singh and employee mothers.
