Chandigarh, May 27, 2021-The Punjab Government Thursday issued an important order regarding transfers and postings of Govt officers and employees.
According to an order issued by the Personnel Department, the deadline for transfer of officers and employees in all the departments was fixed for May 31st, 2021 but in view of COVID-19 pandemic, the government has decided to ban all the transfers till 5th of June, 2021.
Any orders regarding transfers and postings of officers and employees passed by departments would be on hold till 5th of June and will come into effect only after that.
