Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann participates in the Joint Conference of Chief Ministers of States and Chief Justices of High Courts held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on Saturday. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the gathering on the occasion. The previous such conference was held in 2016.
