Chandigarh, May 1, 2021: 138 more deaths and 7041 new Corona positive cases were detected in Punjab during last 24 hours.
According to health bulletin issued by the department, a maximum of 22 deaths were reported from Bathinda, 18 from Ludhiana, followed by 12 each in Gurdaspur and Patiala, 10 in Sangrur, 8 each in Amritsar, Jalandhar and SAS Nagar, 7 in Fazilka, 6 in Hoshiarpur, 5 each in Ferozepur and Mukatsar, 4 each in Barnala, Kapurthala and Ropar, 2 each in Pathankot and Tarn Taran.
