Chandigarh, December 14
UT reported one more death and 76 new cases of coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
The death toll has now risen to 302 while the caseload has increased to 18,714. There are as many as 714 active cases of the infection.
According to a medical bulletin issued here on Monday, a 57 year old Covid positive male R/o Sector 45, a case of Severe Acute Respiratory Infection, has expired at GMCH-32.
New cases of the pandemic have been reported from different parts of the city and the villages surrounding it.
Meanwhile, a total of127patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
