One more person fell prey to coronavirus while 54 fresh cases of infection were reported in the UT during the past 24 hours. The death toll now stands at 207 and the caseload has climbed to 13,582. The figure includes 915 active cases.
A medical bulletin issued here on Saturday said a 63 year old male R/o Dadu Majra, a case of Chronic Kidney Disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension, who tested COVID positive, expired at PGIMER on Friday.
Fresh cases of coronavirus have been reported from different parts of the city and the villages surrounding it.
Meanwhile, a total of 108 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
