Chandigarh, January 14
UT reported one more death and 37 new cases of coronavirus on Wednesday. With this, the death toll as risen to 329 and caseload to 20, 415. There are as many as 292 active cases of the infection.
According to a media bulletin issued by the Administration, a 68-year-old COVID positive male R/o Manimajra, a case of Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Chronic Liver Disease and Chronic Kidney Disease has expired at PGIMER.
New cases of coronavirus have been reported from different parts of the city and the villages surrounding it.
Meanwhile, a total of 14 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines
