BATALA, February 23.Young ,Energetic Newly elected Municipal Councillor from Ward no.14,Batala city is in very much hurry to keep the promises he has done with the voters of his constituency.
Gurpreet Singh normally called as ‘Shana’ in the area ,a first time councillor has already started taking steps to solve the problems of the People before the swearing in ceremony organized. In this process he hold a meeting today between Sewerage, Sanitary workers & senior residents of the area.
He introduced them with Each other & drafted a plan to make the area clean & beautiful. One of the residents Retd. Indian Air Force Officer sh. Kanwalpal Singh Dhillon said praising Gurpreet Shana that this is the man people want to win in this election because of his vision towards development works needed in his constituency. He has already started sewerage construction works within 5 -6 days he has been elected.
He vows to work for the whole area without any discrimination. All the people are very happy with his positive attitude.
