•“One of Institute’s best hauls ever”, Aman Arora wishes cadets very best for SSB interviews & training ahead
Chandigarh/SAS Nagar, May 11:–
In a dazzling display of discipline and determination, 25 out of 30 cadets from the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Armed Forces Preparatory Institute (MRSAFPI), Mohali, have cleared the NDA (I) written examination for 157th course at prestigious National Defence Academy (NDA). The results, declassified by the UPSC, mark a spectacular 83% success rate- one of the highest the institute has ever achieved in its history. Notably, the 25 cadets will now face Services Selection Board (SSB) interviews, the final screening stage for entry to the National Defence Academy.
Hailing the stellar performance, Punjab Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training Minister Mr. Aman Arora congratulated the cadets and wished them the very best for their SSB interviews and the training ahead. He further said that these cadets are the pride of Punjab. Their hard work and unwavering commitment have brought laurels to the state.
Major General (Retd.) Ajay H Chauhan, VSM, Director of MRSAFPI, congratulated the cadets, while stating that clearing UPSC is a milestone, but SSB is the real test. He encouraged the cadets to train their mind with sincerity and introspection. He also congratulated the faculty, who worked overtime for this day. He further revealed that 25 cadets of the institute are currently awaiting call letters to join the NDA, TES (Technical Entry Scheme), and CDS courses commencing in June this year.
