demands immediate repealing of three black farm laws
Patiala, February 6,2021 .Former Union State minister for External affairs and Patiala Lok Sabha member , Preneet Kaur , wife of Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh, on Saturday making a scathing political attack against Narinder Modi led Union government said that Modi government at centre has adopted an dictatorial attitude and pursuing anti- people policies because of it a resentment is prevailing in all sections of the society.
She made such comments while campaigning for ruling party’s candidates in Samana and Patran areas concerning ongoing Municipal Council (MC) elections slated for February 14.While addressing election related meetings in Samana and Patran listing the performance of State government stated that Punjab government under the Leadership of the visionary Chief Minister , Captain Amarinder Singh has released huge financial grants for the all round over all development of thebstate without any kind of differences.She said that as the ruling party is seeking votes on the basis ofbits performance especially the development factor and sure that the electoral will caste their votes in its favour and its candidates will win with a thumbing majority.
In Samana MP Preneet Kaur accompany by Samana MLA, Kaka Rajinder Singh addressed election related rallies in Green Town, MC Chowk, Malkana Patti and Ambedkar Chowk areas.She said that Captain Amarinder Singh led state government has allowed 50 per cent reservation right for women first time in the history of the state and exhorted the women to come forward to take and enjoy the right to serve the society especially people of their areas.Thanking the people of Samana for voting in majority in her favour in her last five parliamentary elections she asked them to vote for congress party’s candidates in their words keeping in view the performance of state government and st grass root level contributions made their MLA , Kaka Rajinder Singh , who has brought over all development of the area. Making an attack against Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) She said that during its previous 10 years rule in the state it destroyed our young generation through drug menace and now worked against interests of the farmers with hand in groove with Modi government. She said that it comes out of Modi government when it noticed a resentment in the people against it over farmers issue.Turning towards farmers issue She said that Prime Minister Narinder Modi has adopted an dictatorial attitude towards farmers issue and farmers are agitating over it.
She urged Modi government to order immediate repealingbof all these three black farm laws in the better interest of the people and nation. She hope that later or sooner this government will be compelled to repeal these laws.
On this occasion MLA, Kaka Rajinder Singh announced that he is here for the overall development of this area specially to get remove its backwardness and continue its efforts to make itba model area in the state through the development.He exhorted the people to vote in favour of Congress party’s candidates and not to fall in poppy traps of the opposition parties.
Similarly in Patran area MP Preneet Kaur appealed the people to cast their votes in favour of the Congress party on development plank. She said that the state government has already approved a government run ITI for girls at Shutrana and it will become functional from next academic year.
