Cabinet Minister holds ‘Janta Darbar’ to hear grievances regarding agriculture, rural development and panchayats, and NRI affairs
• Directs departmental officials to redress grievances at earliest
• Announces to hold ‘Janta Darbar’ every Tuesday
Chandigarh, December 6:
The Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Maan is always ready to solve the problems and complaints of the residents of the state and solutions will be ensured within the stipulated time frames.
Punjab Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Rural Development and Panchayats and NRI affairs Minister Mr. Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal held a ‘Janta Darbar’ today to listen to the problems of people from different parts of Punjab related to his departments and also ordered the departmental officials to resolve the complaints on the spot.
It is worth mentioning that Mr. Dhaliwal heard more than 100 complaints in the ‘Janta Durbar’ held at Vikas Bhavan SAS Nagar (Mohali) and issued directions to the district and state officials to resolve them.
Mr. Dhaliwal also announced the establishment of ‘Janta Darbar’ on every Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM at Vikas Bhavan SAS Nagar (Mohali).
