Sony SAB’s ‘Shrimad Ramayan’ is the epic saga of Lord Ram (Sujay Reu) and Sita (Prachi Bansal). In recent episodes, viewers witnessed that Luv (Shourya Mandoriya) and Kush (Atharva Sharma) have now grown up to be naughty children and Sita Mata is taking measures to discipline them and put an end to their mischief. This leads Sita to send them to the river to fetch water for the people living in the ashram.
In the upcoming episodes, Sahastra Raavan (Praneet Bhatt), who has been waiting for 12 years to capture Sita, finally sees his chance when Luv and Kush step out of the ashram. He plans to trap the two brothers outside the ashram, knowing that if they are in danger, Sita will be forced to come out as well. Sahastra Ravan sends his demons to the river to capture Luv and Kush, but the clever brothers sense something is wrong when they start feeling unusually sleepy. Acting quickly, they write Lord Ram’s name on their water pots, which protects them and allows them to return safely to the ashram, foiling Sahastramukh Ravan’s plan.
Prachi Bansal, who plays the role of Sita in Shrimad Ramayan, said, ” Raising Luv and Kush alone in the ashram, away from Lord Ram, has been both a test of her patience and love for Sita. Despite Luv-Kush’s mischief, Sita’s approach is always one of nurturing discipline, guiding her sons with care while protecting them from the dangers that surround them. In these upcoming episodes, Luv-Kush’s wisdom is put to the test as they sense the looming threat of Sahastra Raavan. It is a test of Sita’s upbringing as she has been preparing Luv and Kush to face any challenges that come their way.”
