SSP Mansa told press that Mansa Police has registered a case against 5 upon receiving information that Jaspal Kaur alias Relan resident Ratia and Gurmeet Singh resident Boha who both live as husband and wife, Kamaljit Kaur alias Komal wife Jagdish Rai son Puran Chand, Jaspal Kaur wife not known resident Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar near Jakhal Road Master Colony Budhlada, Tarsem Sharma alias Mangu Sharma son of Dev Raj son of Puran Ram resident of Rampur Manderan and Balkar Singh son of Mara Singh resident of Satike have formed a gang which has also included some girls in its gang. The main leader is Jaspal Kaur alias Reylan who conspired to trap the people of Boha area and the surrounding area by tracking them, by phoning them or contacting them in some other way and also blackmailing them . Case No. 150 Dated 09.08.2020 U/s 420,384,120 IPC PS Boha was registered against accused . Accused Jaspal Kaur alias Relan, Balkar Singh and Jaspal Kaur Uktan along with Car Handa City HR 26 AM 2729 have been arrested on 10.08.2020.
The accused Jaspal Kaur, Jaspal Kaur alias Relan, Balkar Singh, Kamaljit Kaur alias Kamal, Tarsem Sharma alias Mangu, Gurmeet Singh Uktan had formed a gang. Jaspal Kaur and Jaspal Kaur Relan were coordinating with the general public. By taking money and sending Kamaljit Kaur alias Kamal to good people and later shout at them and lure such people into their scam and later they would get a large sum of money by compromised from such people.
During the investigation it has come to light that Jaspal Kaur and others got married to Kamaljit Kaur alias Kamal for the first time in Surinder Kumar son of Raj Kumar resident of Balta (Haryana). Kamaljit Kaur gave her name as Sarabjit Kaur and Tarsem Sharma gave her name as Kamaljit Kaur’s uncle. Kamaljit Kaur had stayed there for about 6 months and fled with money and gold. Then Jaspal Kaur and others had arranged the fake marriage of Kamaljit Kaur with Bandi Singh son of Gurtej Singh resident of Biroke Kala and fled from there with money and gold After staying with Bandi Singh for 10/12 days. Then Jaspal Kaur and others had arranged the third fake marriage of Kamaljit Kaur with Sanjay Kumar son of Vajinder Singh resident of Biror police station Sahlabas district Bhajjar (Haryana) where Kamaljit Kaur gave her name Jyoti and Tarsem Singh gave her name as Sukhdev Ram. Where Kamaljit Kaur stayed for about 4/5 days.
Jaspal Kaur alias Relan etc. used to send Kamaljit Kaur alias Kamal to people of good family and later they used to collect money by screaming and blackmailing. Jaspal Kaur and others had got Gurdeep Singh alias Chinni son of Chatin Singh a resident of Andiawali involved in a conspiracy and recovered Rs 60,000. Baljinder Singh, son of Gurcharan Singh, a resident of Andiawali, had registered a case of rape at City Ratia police station and resigned after accepting money. Jasveer Singh, son of Karnail Singh, had blackmailed Riond Kalan and got him involved in a conspiracy and recovered Rs 25,000. Manjit Singh, son of Pritam Singh, had collected Rs 7 lakh from resident Riond Kalan about a year ago through blackmail.
Paramjeet Kaur’s real name and address is Kamaljit Kaur @ Kamal daughter of Sarabjit Singh resident Prem Basti Sangrur w/o Jagdish resident of Budhlada. Kamaljit Kaur has 2 children – 6 years old and 8 years old.
On 01.08.2020, Jaspal Kaur alias Reylan hired Kamaljit Kaur alias Kamal to work as a beauty parlor worker and sent Inderjit Singh to the house of Riond Khurd, son of Karnail Singh and later blackmailed Inderjit Singh etc. Began to demand. Jaspal Kaur alias Relan, Balkar Singh, Jaspal Kaur, Tarsem Sharma, Gurmeet Singh and Kamaljit Kaur above mentioned Inderjit Singh etc. talked of reconciliation with money but due to their resignation they filed suit No. 140 against Inderjit Singh etc. dated 02.08. 2020 U/s 376D, 506 IPC, 3 (W) SC ST ACT Police Station Boha was registered. In the aforesaid case, Kamaljit Kaur in a statement wrote her name as Paramjit Kaur daughter of Sukhdev Singh resident of Ward No. 14 BhunaMandi District Fatehabad. In which Tarsem Sharma resident Rampur Mander became the fake father of Kamaljit Kaur Sukhdev Singh.
Accused Jaspal Kaur alias Relan, Balkar Singh and Jaspal Kaur Above mentioned have been arrested. The accused Kamaljit Kaur alias Kamal and Tarsem Sharma alias Mangu Sharma Above mentioned have been arrested. Accused Gurmeet Singh is yet to be arrested. Every effort is being made to arrest him. The investigation is ongoing.
