•Education Minister directs to install the Logo prominently in All offices of Education Depts, Schools & Colleges
Chandigarh, October 1:
Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains today installed the official logo, recently released by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, commemorating the 350th martyrdom anniversary of the 9th Guru, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji, in his office.
Sharing the details, Harjot Singh Bains stated that the Punjab Government is organizing nationwide events to mark the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, Bhai Dayala Ji, Bhai Mati Das Ji and Bhai Sati Das Ji. A special logo has been released for this occasion.
He added that Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has directed that the commemorative logo would be used in all government office and official correspondence over the next year. Furthermore, the logo is to be prominently placed in all government institutions while maintaining its sanctity.
Mr. Bains said that HD print of the logo will soon be distributed to all departments under his purview. He has also directed all heads of the School Education, Higher Education and Technical Education departments, Heads of government schools and colleges to install the logo in their respective offices prominently at the earliest.
