Chandigarh, September 05, 2020: Sikh thinker,banker and former chief secretary of SGPC Harcharan Singh died of heart attack early in the morning today . He was 76. The cremation would take place at sector 25 cremation ground sector 25 tomorrow on September 06, 2020.
