Launching scathing attack previous administrations, Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO said that had earlier governments prioritized educational infrastructure then our government could have focused on further modernization.
“The previous governments only knew how to oppose. If these governments had changed the fate of schools in the border areas, perhaps Punjab would not need an educational revolution today”, said the Cabinet Minister, adding that Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann led government has been seriously working on health and education from the beginning, which has resulted in Schools of Eminence and Aam Aadmi Clinics where patients are receiving free healthcare services.
The event was attended by District Education Officer (Elementary) Kanwaljit Singh, District Education Officer (Secondary) Harbhagwant Singh, Deputy DEO Anju Bala, Chairman Gurbinder Singh, Chairman Shanakh Singh, numerous village Sarpanchs and Panchs along with students and parents.
