Chandigarh, September 19, 2021: Charanjit Singh Channi, a Dalit leader, has finally been elected as the new Punjab Chief Minister replacing Captain Amarinder Singh who resigned amid intense dissent yesterday. He is set to take oath at 11 am tomorrow, he told the media after leaving the Raj Bhawan.
