Chandigarh, April 9, 2021: In view of the continuous surge in COVID-19 cases, the Chandigarh administration has decided to extend the closure of schools, colleges and other educational institutions in city till April 30. SS Gill, IAS, the Education Secretary of Chandigarh administration issued an order today in this regard.
Earlier, the Punjab Governor and UT Chandigarh Administrator VP Singh Badnore had ordered to keep the schools and colleges closed till April 10.
