COVID-19 Positive cases (Deaths):- 

1. COVID DEATH OF SECTOR 7 ON 06.08.2020

A 82 year old male, R/o Sector 7, expired on 06.08.2020 at Civil Hospital, Sector 48. He was diagnosed as COVID positive on 24th July, 2020. He was admitted to GMCH-32 with c/o Chest pain and breathlessness. He was an old treated case of pulmonary tuberculosis and had co-morbid condition of diabetes mellitus.  He was shifted to Sector 48 hospital on 27th July.  He had suffered acute respiratory infection and was kept on oxygen there. On 6th August he was intubated and put on mechanical ventilation. He had a sudden cardiac arrest and could not be revived inspite of all efforts.

2. COVID DEATH OF SECTOR 39 ON 06.08.2020

A 62 year old male R/o Sector 39 was declared brought dead at GMSH sector 16 on 6th August. He tested  COVID-19 positive.

3. COVID DEATH OF SECTOR 45 ON 07.08.2020

A 77 year old male, R/o Sector 45, expired on 07.08.2020 at Civil Hospital, Sector 48. He was diagnosed as COVID positive on 1st August from GMCH-32. The patient had co-morbid conditions of diabetes mellitus and hypertension. He was on oxygen. He had cardiac arrest today at2:30 a.m. Despite all efforts patient could not be revived and was declared dead at 3:00 a.m.
