Chandigarh, September 21, 2021: All India Congress Committee (AICC) President Sonia Gandhi has appointed Pargat Singh MLA and Yoginder Pal Dhingra as General Secretary and Gulzar Inder Singh Chahal as Treasurer of Punjab Congress. This was disclosed by AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal in a letter of appointment issued today.
